MONSTARS & EASTERN PA ELITE AAU
The Monstars and Eastern PA Elite AAU programs have quickly become one of the areas premier AAU organization. Our boys and girls teams compete in the Mid-Atlantic regions top AAU tournaments.
The 2018 campaign included 24 teams ranging from 4th grade (10U) to 11th grade (17U). With over 200 players in the program, we are committed to developing our players into highly skilled athletes who continue to compete for their school's team programs. Our number one goal is to prepare our athletes for high school basketball. With that in mind, we run our program with those same guidelines. Playing time will be EARNED, not given. We continue to remind our players that working hard will give them the best chance for success in our program, their school program, and more importantly - life.
The Tri-County League (TCL) aims to develop high-school basketball players year round. This league provides the opportunity for players to compete at a very high level with other local players. Many of these players will meet again on the courts for their respective high schools.
The main goal that empowers this league with great success year after year is the idea of playing time. To accomplish this fundamental goal, teams are kept relatively small so that all members of the team can showcase and build upon their skills. Coaches of the individual teams do an excellent job of keeping games competitive but at the same time allowing all of their players to have an opportunity to grow their game. Players always come back year after year telling me how much they have improved because of their time at TCL. Learn more.
